Simple, Effective, and Clean

Clay Mud
(Topical Application)

For face masks, body wraps, and spot treatments.

Ingredients: 1 cup calcium bentonite clay + 3 cups purified water

Method:

• In a blender, add water first.
• Slowly sprinkle in clay while blending on high for 30 seconds.
• Immediately rinse blender blades to prevent buildup.
• Pour into an airtight, food-grade glass or plastic container with a plastic lid.
• Allow to rest for 15 minutes with the lid slightly ajar to vent any expansion.
• Apply directly to skin as needed.

Clay Drink
(Internal Detox Blend)

For gentle daily cleansing and mineral support:

Ingredients: 1/2 cup detox clay powder + 4 cups purified water

Method:

• Add water to blender, then clay
• Blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth.
• Transfer to a clean glass or food-grade plastic bottle with a non-metal lid.
• Store at room temperature in a cool, dry cabinet.
• Shake gently before use; consume according to your wellness needs.

Clay Bath
(Full-Body Detox)

For dep relaxation and toxin release:

Ingredients: 1-2 cups dry clay + ~4-5 cups water (initial blend)

Method:

• In a blender, add 3 cups of warm water, then slowly add clay.
• Top off with more water until nearly full. Blend for 30 seconds.
• Rinse blender and blades promptly to keep tools clean.
• Pour blended clay into bathwater; stir gently to keep clay suspended.
• Soak for 20-30 minutes, fully submerging the body where possible.
• No rinse needed - simply dry off and enjoy silky-soft skin.
• Evening baths are ideal for promoting restful sleep.
