Refund Policy

  1. Return Options: Customers have the flexibility to choose between a refund, exchange, or in-store credit for their returned items.
  2. Refund Timeframe: Refunds are available if the return is reported within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, returns are eligible for in-store credit or exchange only.
  3. Payment Method for Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If a different method is preferred, only in-store credit or exchange will be allowed.
  4. Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Additionally, customers may be responsible for any shipping and handling charges associated with the return and/or re-shipment.
  5. "Best By" Date: Products returned after their specified "best by" date are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or in-store credit.
  6. Contacting Customer Service: Customers are encouraged to contact your customer service team before initiating a return to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
